Henry Colbecks - Whats Cooking?
This month Henry Colbeck Limited, the UK's oldest independent fish and chip shop supplier, will be once again holding their annual fish and chip and fast food exhibition, this year at the Yorkshire Event Centre, Harrogate.
The exhibition sees 100 stands being built along side its specially constructed fish and chip shop serving fresh cod and haddock. The JNM team are once again on hand to power the event which last year needed a constant supply of around 182 KW.
Steve Pickard who for the last 8 years has managed the exhibitions electrics on behalf of JNM said "Whats Cooking? is a wonderful show with a great organising team and it's a pleasure to this year welcome the show to JNM's home town, we'll have 6 staff on site including 4 electricians to install the orders that have been processed by our office over the last few months".
