Shell Scheme

What are the dimensions of your Shell Scheme?
The overall dimensions of your stand depend on the size you have ordered. If you need to know the exact dimensions of the system we use - this diagram should help you.

How do we fix our graphics to the shell scheme panel?
Most of our panels are Hook Velcro friendly. This eliminates the need for screwing, pinning or taping to our panels. Simply stick hook velcro onto the back of your graphics and you are free to position them wherever suits you.

Can we stick onto the metal work?
Quite simply No! The metal work is very expensive to clean. If any aluminium is found to be defaced the cost of cleaning will be passed onto the client.

Event Power

Which socket do I need?
We provide sockets in different sizes ranging from 500W to 3000W. What size socket you require depends on what you want to plug in for example a kettle would need a 3000W Socket.

If you want to be sure what size socket you require most appliances should have information on them usually near where the power cord enters the appliance. There will usually be a figure in Watts for example our printer uses 1700W so to plug it in we would need to order at least a 2000W socket.

Overloading a socket is dangerous and we reserve the right to disconnect a connection if we feel it is unsafe. We will not offer a refund in situations where a client has ordered the wrong socket, therefore please contact us if you are still unsure.

Can we use adaptors?
This all depends on how you use them. Whilst some venues do prohibit their use we will allow them so long as they are safe. Safe means that the total load must not exceed the rating of the adaptor or socket. As always we reserve the right to condem on site anything we feel is unsafe and a refund would not be given in these circumstances.

Can I install my own electrics?
The event organisor makes a decision on which electrical contractor to use on your behalf. If you are not happy with this you can fit the electrics within your stand space yourself although you still need to order a feed from us in order to get the power to your stand. The installation must be carried out by a competent person and comply with all relevant regulations and standards. It is not our responsibility to test your installation but we reserve the right to refuse connection to your installation if we feel it is unsafe.
